All five bedrooms have Smart TVs and ensuite bathrooms. Four rooms feature king or super-king beds with either river or garden views. The fifth bedroom has twin beds. The open-plan kitchen comes fully equipped with two fridges, American-style fridge/freezer and even an instant boiling water tap for those emergency cups of tea.

Nearby attractions include the Lake District National Park (30 minutes), Hadrian's Wall (40 minutes) and the Scottish Borders (45 minutes). The Eden Valley is right on your doorstep with walking trails and cycling routes. Penrith town is just 11 miles south with shops and restaurants.
