The living room has a woodburner and patio doors. The kitchen-diner has a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.
Caldbeck village (2½ miles) has a pub and tea rooms. Ullswater is around 15 miles away. Keswick is approximately 14 miles (25 minutes). Carlisle city centre is roughly 16 miles (30 minutes).
