We had a fantastic stay! The house had everything we neededand we really loved the rich history of Kirk Bank. Celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with family was specialand everyone enjoyed the beautiful setting. The garden room was just perfect, though stairs might be tricky for some guests. The BBQ was great for breakfastand my sister enjoyed lighting the fire pit on a chilly morning. The location is ideal for walks, so we left wishing for longer. The location is perfect for walking or catching the train, making exploring really easy. The village shop and pubs nearby are definitely worth checking out. Our favourite spot was Ravenglass with its cosy tea rooms and pubs - totally recommend visiting by train. We're already planning to return!
