Accommodation was as stated and better than expected with all the things you could ever need for a weeks stay. Very well maintained and clean. Julie was on hand to show us around and brought us some Scones and Cake on arrival. told us what was near bye and where to visit, The saw mill was worth a visit for the food. Nice and quiet with good food at local Pub in village.

This is a fantastic place to stay. Our lovely host Julie gave us some lovely gifts on arrival and halfway through our stay. Its always a treat to have a hot tub. Would recommend the steak pie from the white mare pub in the village.

Beautiful cottage in a perfect location for the Western Lake District Fells as well as the seaside and other attractions of the Western Cumbria coast. We had a wonderful week walking in the fells and were so grateful for the comfort of Coneyside Farm Cottage in the evenings. The facilities were excellent and the cottage was spotlessly clean. On arrival to the property, we were greeted with a tray of cream scones from the lovely owner, Julie. The spacious and clean living diner area was beautiful. It was very well equipped with all the useful utensils and lots of treats to help complement our stay. We had an absolutely wonderful stay in our cottage. Julie contacted us in advance of our arrival to check as to when we could be expected and was around to meet us when we arrived. The cottage was modern, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The coffee maker and supplies to use it came in handy. Washing capsules and dishwasher capsules were provided too. We also liked the lovely surprise when Julie had been baking and handed in some for us to enjoy. The hot tub was good too. We would recommend 100.

Really lovely holiday accommodation. The attention to detail is fantastic even down to providing gowns useful for the lovely hot tub. Prosecco provided was very welcome. Everywhere is spotless . Beds very comfortable. Julie is a great host and recommended some local areas to visit. Would highly recommend this property, it is very well equipped with everything you could need and of good quality. Very small issue of no mirror in the downstairs bathroom but I had my own so it wasn't a problem for us, having the hot tub is the icing on the cake. Coney Garth Cottage is a well equipped, tastefully furnished cottage in a great location to tackle the Western fells and local tourist attractions. It is comfortable and bright with the added bonus of a hot tub. The owners, Geoff and Julie, are readily available should you need them and are keen to ensure your stay is enjoyable and your every need catered for. I would highly recommend a stay at this cottage, which is reasonably priced. We are going back in October, that just about says it all.

Located on the edge of the village, the property is within walking distance of the village pub, which serves good beer and great food, the cottage is clean and tidy with all the amenities that you need, the hot tub is a welcome bonus. We walked along the coast to St Bees which was nice. The hosts were really nice and even brought us freshly baked scones and tried to help as much as possible when the electric started to go off due to storm Debi.

Wow, this cottage was just beautiful, the quality of everything was totally 1st class. The whole place was immaculate and it had everything you could possibly need . From the moment we arrived we knew we had picked the right place, Julie greeted us when we arrived very friendly, left us prosecco, biscuits and cake which was amazing. This is a beautiful charming cottage and the perfect place to come back to after a day exploring the lakes! !!! We stayed for 3 nights and it felt like home from the second we arrived after receiving a lovely welcome from the owners. The facilities are great with a well equipped kitchen for those evenings cooking and lazy breakfasts. Hot tub is perfect after a long day exploring and nice and private. The bottle of fizz provided was a perfect touch. Nice outside seating area to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee or enjoy a book too. The owners also have lots of information available to you for things to do and places to eat around the local area and are more than happy to help you with anything.
