The Woolmere is a double shepherd's hut in Watermillock, Cumbria two huts joined by a hallway, sitting quietly among rolling hills at the northern tip of Ullswater. You get double the space of a standard shepherd's hut, with superior-feel décor throughout. It sleeps two and is perfectly set up for couples or solo travellers.
This part of Cumbria is serious walking country. Pooley Bridge is 3 miles away. Glenridding and Patterdale both starting points for Helvellyn are under 10 miles. Ullswater boat cruises are close by. The views down the valley are genuinely spectacular.
