A great place to stay, so peaceful yet only a short walk to Brampton Village. It was so clean, and romantic, perfectly equipped, we wanted for nothing. Dawn and Gordon are the perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them. They even collected us from the bus stop on our arrival, and drove us to Carlisle station to catch our train home. The welcome pack was just perfect too. The hot tub was just great to relax in, after a day out, and the bed was so comfy, great for a good nights sleep in readiness for the next days adventures. The shower was just amazing, so powerful and always lovely and warm. We'd definitely recommend a stay here.

Dawn and Gordon are fantastic hosts, thank you so much for the welcome pack, Garth House Studio is very comfortable, immaculately clean and very well equipped, very comfortable bed, fantastic shower, the hot tub we used every day, perfect for a relaxing evening after a day exploring the area, plus the swimming pool was also great, private for the hour we booked for a morning swim, thanks again Dawn and Gordon, we are already looking forward to our next visit.

An absolute amazing little find, Dawn and Gordon were superb hosts, very attentive. Our accommodation was lovely, very clean, modern yet had some fabulous quirky features.Hot tub was just what you needed to recharge the batteries. Pub less than 10 minutes walk away, very quiet and exactly what we were looking for We will definitely be back and highly recommend.
