A and C Lodge-Plot 21 Reviews

Thankyou for such a lovely stay! This lodge is everything you need and more for a relaxing time away! Very clean upon arrival, very comfortable, definitely a home away from home. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Bedrooms up to high standard. Free Wifi which actually works. We had ti change the gas tank on the second day but instructions are there and very easy to follow, and had to change batteries in the thermostat but also done easily! Me and my partner had a lovely time and will definitely be back! Hot tub was also lovely after a long day.
Amazing stay, thinking about going back and weve only been home one day!
The location is excellent for the lakes quiet but dog and family friendly. There is every convenience you can imagine from cling film, to salt, to plenty of towels, plug extension leads etc. It is tastefully decorated, clean and cosy. The rooms are all comfortable. Shower had brilliant pressure.
Stayed here with my husband for 4 days. We took our small dog. We had the most relaxing time and the hot tub was superb. Bed is comfortable I have recommended this place to friends. We will be back too!
Really enjoyed our stay place had everything you needed very clean and tidy hot tub was lovely aswell .
We loved our stay at the Lodge. We stayed for 3 nights and the lodge was very clean and very well equipped. We were looking for a relaxing vacation and this is exactly what we got. The jacuzzi was amazing and a big hit with our two children. There was plenty seating areas outside on the decking if you wanted to sit out and relax. The plot is very quiet and shops only a short drive away. The Doggy welcome pack was a very nice touch and Dexter enjoyed his treats. The only downside to this holiday was we didn't have any good walks for Dexter near the lodge and had to drive to a lake to give him and the children a good walk, it would be nice to have an area you can walk to without driving or walking alongside a busy road. We would definitely recommend this lovely lodge.
Amazing lodge everything you could hope for!

Hi there We had stayed at A and C LodgePlot 21 on 18th 22nd of June and enjoyed exploring around Lake District. We really had a great time staying in your accommodation, which is beautifully managed, everything in place so we felt like home. We really enjoyed cooking our own food and Jacuzzi. Actually the house is beyond our expectations. Its close to the shopping centre like Tescos and Lidl, and also close to other tourist attractions. We will surely recommend this to our relatives and friends. Thank you
Matthew
The lodge was a home from home, with high end furnishings, the park was quiet, which is exactly what we were looking from, couldn't of had a more relaxing week if we tried. Amazing.
Danielle
Loved our stay. Lodge was spacious and well presented. Everything you needed for your stay was here. Caravan park in the middle of nowhere but bus links to the town or a 20 minute drive. Contacted the owners about an issue and they got straight back to us so good communication. Would recommend to friends and family!
This was definitely a home away from home, clean tidy and definitely lived up to photo expectation. Beds were super comfortable, hot tub was a gorgeous nice and warm. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The site itself was very good quiet and well kept. The Lodge was fantastic, tastefully decorated and kept to a high standard. I had the good fortune to meet the lovely Angie, who was delightful. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable relaxing week. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both the site and Lodge.

Everything clean, great kitchen amenities vary happy with stay
Very nice clean lodge everything you you need and more owners very helpful and kind
On arrival around 8pm the key was not in the key safe. after a 6 hour drive with a three year old you don't need that. The fridge was warm as it was set to minimum. The freezer wasn't switched on, so also warm. The dishwasher was broken. The gas cooker hob and oven didn't work. The toilet in the ensuite was blocked. There was so much clutter and tat in the property we had no where to put any of our things. Plates cups etc were dirty. The only hand soap was in the kitchen. There were so many scatter cushions on the beds when you took them off to get in to bed there was nowhere to put them out of the way. The hot tub had no chemicals in it after using it twice the water was dark brown and stank. No effort was made to visit this everyday to check the water and change the filter add chemical to it. It made our bathing wear stink. There were no instructions how to use that. Or the washing machine, or the dishwasher, or even the heating. The outside gate glass door didn't latch properly and when it was pushed home correctly overnight it opened again and banged in the wind. This wasn't our choice of property as we booked number 8 originally which we found backed on to the one we had. We were dismayed to see the owners of our property repeatedly visit the one we had previously booked and subsequently had cancelled, they evidently are 'managing it' along with many other properties on the same site, there was no one staying there which has annoyed us no end as that is where we wanted to stay to start with. Given this I doubt very much we will ever book or recommend this booking site ever again. The Park itself was well kept and ideally located.
Theresa
Its a beautifully decorated property and having the hot tub is an added bonus. It had everything in the kitchen for a comfortable stay so we could see a lot of thought had gone into it. We appreciate the broken bed being replaced so that we could sleep properly but it would have been nice not to have that in the middle of our stay. The freezer has fungus in it and the fridge wasnt overly clean. There was leftover bread and biscuits in the kitchen containers but they werent sealed so we werent sure if it was accidentally left behind or not. It might be an idea to move items in the cupboards into one or two areas so that guests have space to put things? Overall though a lovely place to stay.
Michelle
It was excellent. The owners rung me back and when I needed questions answered they answered. The lodge was beautiful and was everything and more beyond what I expected. Thanks so much.
