The Cottage at Harbut Law Holiday Cottages is an 18th century barn conversion sitting just 1 mile from Alston in Cumbria's North Pennines. Part of a group of three converted barns, it sleeps up to 4 guests and sits behind the owner's home in a peaceful rural setting. The Pennine Way runs past the door.

Alston is one of England's highest market towns with a cobbled main street, independent shops, inns and tea rooms. The Pennine Way passes right by the property making it ideal for walkers. A narrow gauge railway operates nearby and the South Tyne Valley offers outstanding scenery through every season.

Inside you'll find an open plan ground floor with a woodburner, Freeview TV and fully equipped kitchen.

The Cottage at Harbut Law Holiday Cottages is an 18th century barn conversion sitting just 1 mile from Alston in Cumbria's North Pennines. Alston is one of England's highest market towns with a cobbled main street, independent shops, inns and tea rooms. The Pennine Way passes right by the property making it ideal for walkers. A narrow gauge railway operates nearby and the South Tyne Valley offers outstanding scenery through every season.

Inside you'll find an open plan ground floor with a woodburner, Freeview TV and fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs there's a 4ft 6in double bedroom and a twin room with two 3ft beds plus a bathroom with bath and shower over.

Hadrian's Wall sites are within easy reach. Beamish Museum is around 40 miles away (50 mins). Alston's narrow gauge railway is just 1 mile away. The Lake District is roughly 35 miles west (45 mins).

The shared hot tub has views towards Mount Hooley and the South Tyne Valley. The Cottage suits couples, small families and walkers perfectly. Pets stay free.
