The open-plan design connects the high-spec kitchen (with induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, drinks fridge and coffee machine) to the lounge/diner/snug area featuring a massive 77" Smart TV with Sky and a wood burner for cosy evenings.
Nearby attractions include Derwentwater (1 mile), perfect for boating or swimming in summer months. Keswick (5 miles, 10-minute drive) offers shops, restaurants and the famous Pencil Museum. For hiking enthusiasts, Dale Head (5 miles) provides challenging trails with rewarding views.
