Lovely lodge! Me and my friend stayed here for a girly weekend. It has everything you need and more. Lodge is definitely a home away from home, lovely bedrooms very clean and homely. Will definitely be returning. Only downfall is no smart TV in living room.

WE HAD A LOVELY TIME ENJOYED OUR STAY WOULD COME BACK AGAIN ONLY ONE THING WE HAD WAS WHEN WE GOT THERE THE CODE FOR DOOR DIDNT WORK HAD TO STAND IN THE COLD FOR A LITTLE WHILE TILL WE PHONED THE OWNERS THEN WHEN WE GOT INSIDE THERE WERE NO LIGHTS SOME ONE HAD TO COME OUT AND SORT THE LIGHTING A LEFT A MEDICAL BAG IN ROOM ANY CHANCE OF GETING IT SENT BACK TO ME THANK YOU. Well equipped property with everything you need for a pleasant stay, the property is well situated to explore the lakes. Although the site itself is small and quiet the caravan is situated right next to the busy A6 with constant road noise which is defiantly off putting.

We had a lovely time, it was clean with all the things we would need for our stay. The hot tub was great on an evening and where it was located was ideal for getting places. I would highly recommend it.

Fantastic stay When we arrived it was self check in so easy which was good as we arrived after work. It was lovely and clean on arrival. We were blown away by all the little touches like dog blankets,towels,bowls, and treats for the dogs we didn't use them as we brought our own but great if you needed them. Their was a gown for each guest and even teddies and water bottles for children. The hottub was the highlight of our stay. It's not far from Penrith which we drove to for the day. It's on a quiet site if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of work, we had a relaxing stay, thanks to the owners always quick to respond with any queries Thanks Allison,David, Ruby&Peggy
