Wind Hall Log Cabin Reviews

We had a great stay at wind hall log cabin. Fantastic views all around, lots of great walks and a short drive to some excellent beaches which our two border collies loved. The wood fired hot tub was fab and was all set up with kindling and wood ready to be lit.

What a lovely lodge, clean comfy and a great location overlooking The Lake District Hills one way and the coast the other. Ideal for a quiet and peaceful getaway with plenty to do if you wish. Hot tub was a bonus, especially after coming back from a days walking. Ellie was so friendly and a great help with the local knowledge, recommendations of where to eat, shop, visit etc. Thank you Ellie. One fabulous place to stay and I highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful location. Eggs, bacon, milk a selection of tea, coffee and biscuits were left by Ellie to keep us going until we shopped. Loved the fact that they used environmental toilet rolls (Who gives a ****). Ellie made us most welcome, she was very friendly and told us about the local places to visit. The weather was pretty awful but that did not stop us visiting the lakes and surrounding areas. We would definitely visit again.
